CG-EDP3 (Oilgopeptide 23), which results showed a great potential for use in various types of anti-aging
producs in the future. The peptide showed upregulation of cell growth ad migration, cell survival,
extracellular matrix expression, and certain type of growth factor expression in skin cell lines.
 
 
1. CG-EDP3 Modulates the Skin Rejuvenating by Stimulation of Cell Proliferation
  1) Regulation of EGF Expression by CG-EDP3
 
Up-regulation of EGF expression after treatment of CGEDP3 with fibroblast cell.
EGF concentration was increased in fibroblast cell and after 72hr treatment of CG-EDP3 in the condition of serum free culture.
 
  2) Regulation of Hyaluronic acid and Elastin expression
CG-EDP3 showed positive regulation of Hyaluronic acid and fibronectin expression.
Increased expression of hyaluronic acid (3 folds) and Elastin (1.3 fold) was observed in dose
dependant manner with CG-EDP3 in fibroblast cell.
Expression level was measured with ELISA kit of each proteins.
