Trade and INCI name are designated as Prohairin モ4 and octapeptide-2.
 
 
1. CG-Prohairin モ4 has Similar Activities Compared to Its Intact Growth Factor
 
  1) Cell Proliferation with Keratinocyte and Fibroblast cells
 
  2) Regulation of Collagen, Fibronectin and Elastin Expression
CG-Prohairin モ4 showed positive regulation of collagen and elastin ,fibronectin expression.
Increased expression of collagen (1.4 folds), fibronectin (1.8 folds) and elastin (1.2 fold) was observed with
CG-prohairin モ4 in fibroblast cell.
Expression level was measured with ELISA kit of each proteins.
