  1) Inhibition of Melanin Synthesis after CG-TGP2 Treatment

CG-TGP2 significantly inhibits melanin synthesis on melanocyte cell line in a concentration dependent manner.
 
  2) Tyrosinase Activity after Treatment of CG-TGP2
The analysis of tyrosinase activity after treatment of CG-TGP2 in various concentration in melanocyte.
We observe the decreased enzyme activities in dose-dependent manner.
 
2. Anti-Inflammation Effect of CG-TGP2
 
  1) Activated Lymphocyte Cell Proliferation Decreased by CG-TGP2
 
When the inflammation given mice is stimulated by LPS, cell proliferation on them increases, yet TGP2
blocked this cell proliferation. Therefore, we can say that TGP2 has anti-inflammatory effect.
