1. CG- IL-4 & Psoriasis
 
  1) Decrease of PASI (Psoriasis area and severity index) during IL-4 Therapy
 
Treatment doses of IL-4 were 0.05ug (thin pointed line), 0.1ug (bold pointed line), 0.2ug (broken line),
0.2ug (pointed broken line) and 0.5ug (solid line).
 
Reduction of PASI was significantly more pronounced at 0.2-0.5ug/kg than at 0.05 or 0.1ug/kg IL-4.
