KGF stimulation of capillary endothelial cell migration and proliferation.
Quiescent HacaT cells were treated with KGF or vehicle 16hours and 1hour before irradiation with different dose of UVA and UVB as indicated. UV-irradiated cells were subjected to MTT assay 24hours after irradiation.
